Executive Delivery Dashboard

As Technical Product Owner, I built an executive dashboard that showed leadership the risk and progress of the technology initiatives behind three scrum teams. Three gauges give the answer at a glance, and a table beneath shows which initiatives carry the most risk, how far along each one is, and when it is due.

Watch the risk move

The gauges follow the table. As initiatives gain or lose ground, the needles swing between red and green.

On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.

How to read it

  • Risk of production incident shows how likely the current work is to cause an outage. A needle in the red tells leaders to step in.
  • Overall progress and Program Increment (PI) progress show how far the full program, and the current planning increment, have come.
  • Each initiative carries a risk to incident, a percent complete, a PI progress percent, and start and target dates.

Where it fit

  • Gave leadership one view of delivery risk and progress across three scrum teams.
  • Tied each initiative to a risk level so the highest-risk work was visible first.
  • Supported roadmap and backlog alignment across CI/CD, QA automation, APIs and web apps.
